No copies may be made of any of the drawings, designs, photographs or specifications of the products featured on this site for any use except for use as a customer in dealing with our company.

No products may be manufactured by third parties using the drawings, designs, photographs or specifications contained in this website, the PDF files provided or any copies thereof.

Warranty Policy

New products of the brands we distribute carry the warranties provided by the manufacturers.

Ernest Lowe warrants its re-manufactured and refurbished products to be free from defects in replacement parts and workmanship for a period of three (3) months from the date of shipment from Ernest Lowe.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED.

Ernest Lowe’s liability under this warranty is limited to refunding the invoice price of the re-manufactured product, or at its option, replacement of the defective parts, excluding freight charges, from its facilities in Boksburg, Gauteng.  Ernest Lowe accepts no responsibility for consequential or incidental damages, charges, losses or expenses (including, but not limited to installation labour charges, down time, lost earnings, etc.) resulting from alleged or actual defects in its products, or failure of the product to operate satisfactorily.

It is acknowledged that the determination whether a product re-manufactured by Ernest Lowe failed as a result of replacement parts or workmanship is the sole responsibility of Ernest Lowe. Therefore, disassembly of products re-manufactured by Ernest Lowe by the customer or his agents voids this warranty entirely. All units not yet paid for remain the property of Ernest Lowe.

Disclaimer

Contamination is a large contributor to cylinder failures and Ernest Lowe will not be held liable for any failures related to contaminated systems.
